The Corporate Governance, Sustainability, and Director Affairs Committee monitors and assists the full Board of Directors its corporate governance responsibilities and oversees the affairs of the Board. This Committee also serves as the nominating committee of the Board and identifies and recommends candidates for Board openings.

Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors

The Compensation and Human Resource Committee helps the full Board of Directors on matters related to compensation, benefits and performance of the Chief Executive Officer and other Executive Officers. In addition, the Committee will review and monitor succession and leadership development planning.
