Our Commitment

Integrity is foundational to everything we do. At Regal Rexnord, we are committed to conducting business ethically, honestly, and in full compliance with applicable laws — in every location and every function across our global organization. This is not simply a compliance obligation; it is how we earn and keep the trust of our customers, shareholders, employees, suppliers, and the communities where we live and work. Our integrity and compliance program is enterprise-wide and risk-based. It encompasses policies, training and education, due diligence, monitoring, and confidential reporting — with oversight by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. The program is designed to foster a culture where people understand our standards, feel empowered to seek guidance, and are encouraged to speak up when something does not seem right.

A key part of this program is our  Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which outlines the standards of conduct we expect from employees, directors, and, where applicable, business partners. Another important part of the program is our Integrity Alert Line, which provides a confidential way to report concerns about suspected misconduct or violations of law or company policy.

Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

In every business decision, in every group, in every location worldwide Regal Rexnord strives to conduct business ethically, honestly, and in full compliance with all laws and regulations. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics sets the foundational standards that guide how we conduct business and make decisions across our global operations. The Code is built around the recognition that everything we do in connection with our work at Regal Rexnord will be, and should be, measured against the highest possible standards of ethical business conduct. It is designed to help employees and directors act ethically, comply with applicable laws and regulations, avoid conflicts of interest, protect company assets and information, maintain accurate books and records, and raise concerns when something does not seem right.

This commitment to acting with integrity helps us hire great people, engineer and manufacture innovative products, and attract loyal customers. Regal Rexnord takes our business ethics, corporate governance and transparency of operations very seriously -- these are foundations of our business.

What We Expect

We expect our employees, directors, and third parties acting on our behalf to:

Anti-Corruption Program

Regal Rexnord is committed to conducting business free from corruption and bribery, in compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws — including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and equivalent laws in the countries where we operate. Our Global Anti-Corruption Policy establishes standards for our employees, directors, and business partners and is supported by third-party due diligence procedures, training, and periodic review.

Conflict Minerals

Supported by our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics as well as our Anti-Corruption Policy, Regal Rexnord is committed to aid in the worldwide effort to end the violence and human rights abuses associated with the mining and transport of mineral resources in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjoining countries and has therefore adopted the following Conflict Minerals Policy

Regal Rexnord Integrity Line

Regal Rexnord encourages employees, customers, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders to raise concerns about suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, non-compliance, or potential violations of law or company policy.

The Integrity Line is a confidential reporting channel operated by an independent third party and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in multiple languages. Where permitted by local law, reports may be made anonymously. After a matter is received, it is forwarded to the appropriate Company personnel based on type, location, and severity.

Regal Rexnord takes all reports seriously and does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, seeks guidance, raises a concern, or reports suspected misconduct.
